Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or reconditioning environments
  • Proven experience leading multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong background in operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive cultural transformation
  • Experience working in complex, multi-functional organizational environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Canada Reconditioning business, including growth, profitability, and operational priorities.
  • Drive alignment with broader organizational initiatives (e.g., transformation, integration, or carve-out efforts within Canada operations).
  • Identify and execute opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Own full P&L accountability for the Canada Reconditioning business.
  • Ensure facilities meet or exceed revenue, profit targets, production, efficiency goals, and Customer service expectations.
  • Monitor and drive performance using KPIs across operations, safety, quality, and financial metrics.
  • Ensure consistent, standardized processes across all sites.
  • Lead all plant operations across the Canadian network, including reconditioning activities.
  • Ensure excellence in safety performance and compliance, product quality and regulatory standards, and operational efficiency and throughput.
  • Oversee capital planning, facility investments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, including plant managers and functional leaders.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR to ensure strong employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Support pricing, service delivery, and operational solutions for key customers.
  • Ensure alignment between operational capabilities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with key functions including Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain to support business objectives.
  • Lead coordination across functions to support enterprise initiatives and transformation efforts.
  • Ensure effective communication and execution across all stakeholders.
