GovExec is seeking a General Manager to lead its training and professional development business, the Professional Development Academy (PDA). The PDA delivers leadership and professional development programs for government and public-sector leaders, often in partnership with national associations and academic institutions. Co-founded with the late General Colin Powell, the PDA’s core curriculum is rooted in his leadership principles. The General Manager will oversee business strategy, partnerships, operations, and growth planning, with accountability for running the business and expanding its reach, partnerships, and revenue. This role reports directly to GovExec’s COO.
