About The Position

Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape organization with over 40 years of experience in Florida, is seeking an exceptional operational leader to take full ownership of two of its branches in the Orlando metro area (Casselberry, FL and Winter Garden, FL). This role is ideal for an experienced General Manager or Senior Operations Leader who excels at leading people, improving operations, and delivering financial results. The branches collectively support approximately 80 team members in the landscape maintenance division for commercial clients. The company is committed to delivering excellent customer service and has been recognized as a Lawn & Landscape Top 100 company, focusing on building a great place to work with a commitment to landscape and service excellence.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
Demonstrated success managing a full P&L.
Experience leading multiple departments or functional teams.
Strong financial and analytical business acumen.
Experience leading large frontline workforces.
Exceptional coaching and leadership skills.
A customer-first mindset.
The ability to drive accountability while creating an engaging culture.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior landscaping experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Own the complete financial performance of the branch, including full P&L accountability.
Develop and execute operating plans that drive profitable growth.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, efficiency, and customer retention.
Use operational and financial data to make informed business decisions.
Lead all daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional execution across every client account.
Build scalable operational processes that improve quality, productivity, and profitability.
Allocate labor, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve how the business operates.
Build lasting relationships with commercial clients by delivering exceptional service.
Partner with Client Relationship Managers and Sales leaders to retain and grow existing business.
Personally engage with key customers and resolve complex issues when needed.
Create a culture where outstanding client service is everyone's responsibility.
Develop, coach, and inspire team members to build engaged, accountable, high-performing teams.
Develop Operations Managers and Client Relationship Managers.
Build leadership capability throughout the organization.
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Recognize and develop future leaders for advancement.
Champion a culture where safety comes first.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
