Requirements

  • Total ownership of accurate P&L forecasting and active engagement in the delivery of financial commitments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into clear messages and actions for local teams. Employ change management practices that facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Strong aptitude for business development, comfortable playing the external role of local executive to the market.
  • Experience building relationships with executive or director-level customers.
  • Understanding the end-to-end delivery of construction projects and maintenance agreements to provide effective coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Model the way by leading in alignment with Schneider core values.

Responsibilities

  • P&L leadership for the Ohio/Tennessee branch of Digital Buildings, accountable for employee engagement and safety, customer satisfaction and retention, and long-term, profitable growth
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to department heads overseeing the sales, operations, service, and administrative teams in the branch.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and consistent delivery of financial results and strategic objectives, in line with annual business goals.
  • Lead the development of strategic selling plans and implementation of best practices to sustain growth in the local market, organizing sales resources to maximize new customer acquisition and expansion of services in our installed-base accounts.
  • Responsible for ensuring the readiness of construction and service operations teams to successfully deliver Schneider Electric solutions and services, including consistent execution of talent development and recruiting activities.
  • Ensure timely manpower forecasting and workforce management to support backlog delivery, using employee development playbooks and career paths to build a high-performing culture.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings, jobsite visits, and town hall feedback sessions with employees and build annual action plans that consistently improve the employee experience.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations, large project commercial approvals, and customer escalations
  • Collaborate with other Schneider Electric business unit leaders in-market to cross-sell solutions and services across the collective installed base in the region.
