Mission Linen Supply is currently seeking a Branch General Manager. The General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the service center branch, responsible for leading the field mentorship / leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), by developing their one way and rental field sales goals, ensuring an unsurpassed level of customer satisfaction, while pushing the depot and district to achieve operational goals. Must have Route Sales Management Experience. Qualified candidates must have excellent route sales skills, customer service skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to provide effective in the field on the job mentoring. The position requires a thorough understanding of one-way route sales and rental services provided by Mission, an excellent work ethic, a high level of organization, and computer literacy. Directs efforts designed to maximize one-way sales and increasing new products and services in existing accounts and is also responsible for account retention. The Branch General Manager base pay is $100,000 - $120,000. The starting pay is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment. In addition to base pay, the Branch General Managers (BGMs) have multiple, ongoing opportunities to grow their total compensation throughout the year. In addition to base salary, Branch General Managers are eligible for: Company-Wide Sales Contests: Contests tied to key business initiatives including new business development, seasonal promotions, and direct sales campaigns. This gives BGMs recurring opportunities to earn incentive payouts based on branch and individual performance. Product-Specific Performance Bonuses: BGMs can earn additional bonuses tied to plant-level performance in targeted product categories, such as Retail Services and First Aid. Vendor-Sponsored Incentives: Select contests throughout the year include vendor-funded bonus opportunities, adding further earning potential on top of company-funded incentives. Top-Performer Recognition Incentive: An additional annual incentive available to BGMs who rank among the company's top performers. Annual Performance Incentive: A yearly incentive opportunity tied to overall company and plant performance. Car Allowance: Provided as part of the role.
