General Manager of Outlets

Adding to a level of thoughtful prestige is our proud accomplishment of being named Denver’s only AAA 4-Diamond independent hotel in 2023, as well as being named one of Denver’s “Best Places to Work.” The General Manager of Outlets is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. This individual will lead front of house operations with a strong focus on service excellence, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong teams and memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior Food & Beverage leader preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing labor costs, budgets, and operational financials
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hospitality and service standards
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily front of house restaurant and bar operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Assist in creating and editing menus
- Resolve guest concerns and foster exceptional guest relationships
- Open and close outlets as needed and provide floor leadership during service
- Create a positive, motivating, and team-focused culture
