About The Position
Full time first shift General Manager of Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct work of the Facility, Tooling, and Maintenance Department
- Set up and monitor annual departmental budget
- Ensure equipment and tooling PM's are scheduled and completed
- Ensure equipment and tooling issues are corrected to support production schedules
- Implement safety procedures for all equipment
- Coordinate projects
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards 5S practices, regulatory and/or customer requirements
