About The Position

A General Manager - Neighbourhood is responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable facility that must have a great club culture. Along with this, the General Manager - Neighbourhood will maintain a clean, professional and safe environment. Requirements

  • Passion for Fitness
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Seasoned coaching skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Previous experience with hiring and training
  • A drive to succeed is essential
  • CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
  • Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility

  • A post secondary degree is recommended

Responsibilities
