About The Position

We are searching for an experienced General Manager, Mission Critical Environments at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. The General Manager, Americas has full P&L responsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division, including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growing data center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree of autonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance. This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of direct and matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration & Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Finance and HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S. and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executing acquisitions. Senneca Holdings embraces an entrepreneurial, customer-focused culture and is committed to innovation, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is a critical growth leadership position within a rapidly expanding division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years of leadership experience, including senior cross-functional leadership
  • Proven ownership of a P&L of $50M+ in revenue
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue, margins, and market share
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • High integrity, decisiveness, and accountability
  • Hands-on, growth-oriented, and customer-focused leadership style
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute
  • Continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and influence at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across operations and cost structure
  • Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic and operating plans aligned with corporate objectives
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team
  • Strengthen strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships
  • Drive innovation, new product development, and acquisition integration
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements
  • Present performance, strategy, and results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Partner with HR to ensure leadership development and succession planning
