The General Manager will be hands-on, overseeing a team of one manager and approximately 30 hourly staff. Responsibilities include full oversight of daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and a positive dining experience for residents. A dietary manager certification (CDM) is needed or the candidate must be willing to obtain it.
