About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a results-driven General Manager 3 to lead and oversee all food service operations at McLaren Lapeer Region Hospital in Lapeer, MI. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious, and safe meals to patients, visitors, and staff while building strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders. The General Manager will lead and develop teams, respond to patient feedback and concerns, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive continuous improvements in service quality, operational efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
