About The Position

CertaPro Painters of Westchester, NY & Southern CT is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial leader to manage and grow our Exterior Cleaning Services Division. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an existing and growing business unit with established branding, marketing support, operational systems, equipment, and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are not looking for someone to simply manage daily operations. We are looking for a leader who is excited about growing revenue, developing people, improving systems, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving long-term success. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Exterior Cleaning Services Division, including: Lead management and sales opportunities Estimating and proposal development Scheduling and production coordination Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members Customer communication and relationship management Quality control and project oversight Equipment, vehicle, and inventory management Budgeting, KPI tracking, and profitability management Continuous improvement of systems and processes Business development and growth initiatives You will work closely with the company's leadership team while maintaining accountability for the division's overall performance and growth.
