Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and handle ladders up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or general labor
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience working in team-based environments
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, etc.)
- Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily jobs
- Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
- Communicate with customers on-site when needed
