Requirements

No experience needed-we'll train you and set you up for success from day one
You're comfortable working at heights and staying active throughout the day
You take pride in doing high-quality work and getting the job done right
You're reliable, professional, and communicate well with both your team and clients
You can handle physical work, including lifting up to 60 lbs
You're adaptable and ready to work indoors or outdoors in changing conditions
You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Transform buildings with streak-free window cleaning and professional pressure/soft washing
Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
Work on aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts to access mid-level and elevated areas
Set up and break down water-fed pole systems and job equipment like a pro
Communicate with clients on-site and deliver standout service from start to finish
Leave every job site spotless no mess, no shortcuts
Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for the next job
Participate in weekly safety meetings and stay sharp in the field
