About The Position
The Wags Club is a boutique dog daycare and boarding operation built around safety, structure, and consistent service at a high level. We’re looking for a General Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team with confidence, and help drive overall performance as we continue to grow. This is a hands-on leadership position in a business that operates seven days a week. While schedules are structured, strong leaders in this role stay engaged, support their team when needed, and help ensure operations run smoothly at all times. The Wags Club is actively expanding, including plans for a second location in Texas. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a larger operational leadership position and take on increased responsibility as the company grows.
Requirements
- Management experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong leadership presence and ability to make decisions in real time
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Experience handling customer issues and maintaining service quality
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends
- A genuine love of dogs and understanding of group environments
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for day-to-day operations in a high-volume facility
- Lead, coach, and hold a team accountable to performance standards
- Ensure a safe, structured environment for all dogs and staff
- Handle client escalations and build long-term relationships
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and operational systems
- Support revenue performance and operational consistency
