The General Manager – Coping, Service & Triumph Exteriors is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and strategic performance of three core divisions within Triumph. This role leads divisional profitability, project execution, and growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with company standards, safety requirements, and long-term business objectives. The General Manager works closely with finance, estimating, operations, and divisional leadership teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, margins are protected, and operations are structured to support scalable growth. This role is accountable for building strong leadership teams, improving operational systems, and driving consistent performance across all divisions. Success in this role is defined by consistently achieving divisional revenue and profitability targets while building scalable, well-structured operations that deliver projects on time and within budget. The General Manager establishes strong leadership across divisions, reduces reliance on executive oversight for day-to-day operations, and drives measurable improvements in efficiency, safety, and team performance while positioning each division for sustained growth.
