About The Position

Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is seeking experienced Restaurant Leaders (General Managers & Assistant General Managers) to join their teams in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh. Relocation is required for candidates who do not currently reside in one of these markets. The restaurant leaders foster an open, positive, and approachable culture while overseeing daily operations, staffing, training, coaching, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. They lead by example, develop future leaders, and create an educational, collaborative environment where both team members and guests thrive.

Requirements

General Manager: 10+ years of progressive restaurant experience, including at least 5 years in senior management preferred.
Assistant General Manager: 5+ years of progressive restaurant experience, including at least 2 years in management preferred.
Relocation is required for candidates who do not currently reside in one of these markets.
