Little Rey, inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is seeking experienced Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs to join its culinary teams in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh. Relocation is required for candidates who do not currently reside in one of these markets. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including production, prep, purchasing, receiving, catering and special events, scheduling, labor management, food quality, and recipe execution. Culinary leaders are expected to lead by example, coach and develop talent, maintain high standards of food quality and consistency, and foster an educational, collaborative kitchen culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
