The General Manager will drive excellence in campus dining across this vibrant campus, providing exceptional client service and executive presence. The position involves motivating, coaching, mentoring, and developing managers and frontline staff, supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce, and developing strong client relations to ensure campus dining program goals align with client needs. The role requires working both horizontally and vertically within both organizations to achieve company and client financial targets and goals, integrating fully into the client's organization as a trusted advisor with a customer service focus. The General Manager will collaborate with clients and regional leadership on all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid business relationship that ensures account growth and success. Ensuring company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed, meeting multiple deadlines, managing workload, and creating a positive work environment are also key aspects of this position.
