About The Position

As the General Manager 3, you will guide the overall direction of a high‑volume account—setting standards, driving performance, and ensuring every part of the operation reflects excellence. You’ll be the steady, connective force across the operation, building a strong service culture and helping your team grow into their full potential. You’ll bring clarity, creativity, and disciplined execution to an environment that values consistency, innovation, and exceptional hospitality. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be present in the operation, on the floor, in service areas, and alongside your team—coaching, supporting, and ensuring the guest experience is seamless. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding and developing new talent, ensuring they feel supported, trained, and aligned with the standards and expectations of the account.

Requirements

  • A proven ability to lead diverse teams, build strong culture, and inspire people to perform at their best.
  • Deep understanding of foodservice operations, systems, compliance, and the ability to keep a complex environment running smoothly.
  • Experience managing budgets, labor strategy, forecasting, and P&L performance with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills that foster trust with clients and support long‑term partnership success.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through high standards in service, food quality, and presentation.
  • The ability to identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and introduce ideas that elevate the operation and the team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 3 years Minimum Functional Experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily foodservice functions, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and alignment with Sodexo standards.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, labor strategy, and P&L performance to meet operational and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary on‑site liaison, building trust with client leadership and ensuring service delivery meets their goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow managers and frontline staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Champion high‑quality food, hospitality, and guest experience across all service lines.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate programs, streamline operations, and introduce new ideas that enhance the overall experience.
