Requirements

• Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Culinary production experience
• Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years minimum management experience
• 3 years minimum functional experience

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS)
• The Market Connection (TMC) or proficiency in computer skills and report management experience
