General Maintenance
About The Position
We are looking for residential maintenance technicians with 3 or more trades experience. Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day. They utilize their own vehicle for work, and we reimburse the mileage at 72 cents. We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas. Our work is in the exterior. A good candidate would have their own vehicle for work, active driver’s license and auto insurance. Must participate in a background check and physical before starting. Some of the trades we work with are; carpentry, drywall, painting, stucco, masonry, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, waterproofing among more.
Requirements
- 3 or more trades experience.
- Own vehicle for work.
- Active driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
- Must participate in a background check.
- Must participate in a physical before starting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, stucco, masonry, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, waterproofing.
