About The Position
RBCI is seeking a General Maintenance and Repair Worker to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required. This position is contingent upon contract award. (Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance and repair, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic operational environment
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
