Requirements
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)
- Proficiency with computers and agency management systems
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Explaining policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accurately
- Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulations
