About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has excellent opportunities for experienced General Liability Litigation attorneys in its Manchester, NH office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of experience defending a variety of insured litigation, including professional liability, product liability, construction, toxic tort, and/or other general liability litigation. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service and professionalism is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must be licensed and admitted to practice in New Hampshire. Admission in additional states, such as Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island or Massachusetts is helpful but not required. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience defending a variety of insured litigation, including professional liability, product liability, construction, toxic tort, and/or other general liability litigation.
Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong academic backgrounds.
Proven skills in research.
Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
Commitment to superior client service and professionalism.
Licensed and admitted to practice in New Hampshire.
