About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national Am Law 100 full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, is hiring attorneys for its expanding Cincinnati office. The position focuses on complex commercial litigation, class action, and employment litigation. Successful candidates may have fully remote or hybrid work arrangements. Candidates should have an excellent academic background, strong writing, analytical, and research skills, and the ability to work independently and handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision. Sophisticated motion or appellate practice and deposition experience are strongly preferred; trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed in Ohio. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, with eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses and student loan repayment assistance. Compensation depends on factors including experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. The stated national base salary ranges are $100,000–$165,000 for associates, $140,000–$215,000 for senior counsel/of counsel, and $190,000–$275,000+ for partners. Requirements
