The supervisor will guide the team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices, take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encourage a culture of performance and continuous improvement, define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency. The role also involves utilizing Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality, communicating with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally, and effectively managing multiple competing priorities while identifying coaching opportunities for team members' successful development.
