The purpose of this position is to supervise a team of General Liability Specialists (Specialist I & II), handling both customer and attorney-represented non-litigated claims. This position is responsible for monitoring liability claims (both customer and attorney-represented non-litigated), including investigation, analysis, negotiations, and settlements. The supervisor may be responsible for high touch involvement and oversight of claims which may include personally adjusting sensitive, complex or high exposure customer liability claims, including investigation, analysis, negotiations and settlement. The Supervisor is involved in interviewing and making recommendations for hiring decisions, as well as managing performance of current associates.
