Requirements

• 5+ years of experience successfully handling General Liability claims.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing various claims database management systems
• Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to state-specific government claims acts.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of tort liability and statutory law (including government immunity) to resolve complex, high-severity claims.
• Conduct thorough fact-finding and evidence analysis to accurately evaluate liability and assess damages.
• Manage litigation by strategically coordinating with legal counsel and guiding claims through all phases, from arbitration to trial.
• Skillfully negotiate favorable settlements, resolving claims with authority and confidence.
