About The Position

Replimune is seeking a skilled General Ledger Accountant to join its Finance department. This role involves preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for various accounts such as cash, investments, prepaids, PP&E, accrued expenses, and accounts payable as part of the monthly close process. The General Ledger Accountant will also assist the team with ad hoc projects and audit requests. This position is based in our Woburn office and offers a hybrid work model, with local candidates expected to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Previous experience with accounting systems preferred; knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus.
  • Prior experience with SAP Concur or FloQast is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record journal entries for Replimune, Inc. and affiliated entities across the general ledger, including investments, prepaids, PP&E, leases, accrued expenses, and accounts payable.
  • Support the accrual of clinical vendor and principal investigator expenses.
  • Review daily cash transactions and record cash transactions accurately and timely in Oracle Fusion.
  • Perform monthly account analyses and FloQast reconciliations and support the entry of FX rates in Oracle.
  • Review and process credit card expense reports and receipts for policy compliance and ensure appropriate accounting for expense report transactions.
  • Review, approve and pay out weekly employee expense reports through Concur system.
  • Serve as backup to the Accounts Payable team in AP batch processes, as necessary.
  • Maintain SOX internal controls documentation over responsible areas.
  • Assist with preparing schedules for SEC reporting and as support for external audits and reviews, including the PP&E roll forward.
  • Maintain effective relationships with other departments to ensure effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
