About The Position
AGAT Laboratories is hiring a General Labourer for a seasonal contract position in their Mining Group. The successful candidate will provide support with general labour activities in a warehouse environment. This role involves repetitive tasks and heavy frequent lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in a cool environment, potentially in and out of large freezers. Protective/safety equipment must be worn.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis.
- Physical fitness, ability to stand and work safely for long periods of time.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
- Hand-Eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Mature work ethic, dependable, with a willingness to work in a team as well as independently.
- Reliable transportation to NE Calgary.
- Must have steel toed shoes/boots.
