As a General Labourer (Summer Student), you’ll support facility upkeep by assisting with painting and maintenance projects throughout our plant. This is an ideal opportunity for a student looking for summer employment, offering hands-on experience in an industrial environment while contributing to the appearance and safety of our workplace.

Requirements

• A reliable and motivated student looking for summer employment.
• Comfortable with physical work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.).
• Paint walls, walkways, and other designated areas throughout the plant.
• Assist with general labour tasks as needed, including moving materials and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
