We’re hiring hardworking individuals to join our landscaping team in both construction and maintenance. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to becoming a crew leader for the right person. This role is designed for people who want more than just a job. If you prove yourself, there is a fast track into leadership.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with landscape construction (paving stones, synthetic grass, etc.)
- Property maintenance (mowing, trimming, clean-ups)
- Working outdoors as part of a team
- Learning systems and processes with the goal of leading your own crew
