About The Position

Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a Full-Time, permanent General Labourer for their Production Department at their Laredo, TX facility. Must be available to work Monday – Saturday.
Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

Grading, sorting, packaging, and clipping of produce as per customer specifications, including checking size, weight, count, color, and condition.
Removing defective products found during the sorting process.
Ensuring the accurate weight of each box based on customer specifications.
Placing labels on bags and packages.
Ensuring all boxes are stacked straight on skids/pallets.
Cleaning and sanitizing the production line using cleaning solutions and hand tools before and after each use, with individual responsibility for cleaning applicable areas.
