About The Position

The General Labour ensures the proper handling, identification, and inspection of raw and finished parts within the paint-finishing process. This role focuses on loading, unloading, and inspecting parts to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and rack parts as per the daily schedule.
• Load and unload parts from the line, ensuring adherence to instructions.
• Perform inspections for obvious defects on raw and reworked parts.
• Plug, mask, or prepare parts following specified guidelines.
• Remove excess water post-pretreatment, if required.
• Pack finished products per packaging instructions.
• Segregate non-conforming material and assist with rework as needed.
