About The Position

Leadpoint Business Services is immediately hiring General Laborers to work as Screen Cleaners to ensure the screening equipment on our sorting machinery is properly cleaned and operable on every shift. These are full-time positions in Charlotte, NC, with lots of opportunity to learn new skills and to be cross trained to other departments. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! PAID ON-THE-JOB TRAINING! Requirements

• Must be age 18 or older.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Consent to a background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the screening equipment on sorting machinery is properly cleaned and operable on every shift.
• Learn and be compliant with LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and other site-specific safety procedures.
• Use handheld tools safely and correctly to remove jammed materials on the screening equipment to ensure efficient run time during production hours.
