About The Position

The General Laborer performs physical and general construction tasks that support project progress and completion. The role carries out assignments safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail, while collaborating with team members to maintain workflow and quality across site activities. The laborer helps create a safe, organized, and productive work environment by following safety procedures and work standards. Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field.
OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
Follow established safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
Assist other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
Inspect work areas and materials for safety and quality, and report issues as needed.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
Communicate task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.
