About The Position

The General Laborer performs physical and general construction tasks that support project progress and completion. The role carries out assignments safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail, collaborating with team members to maintain workflow and quality across site activities. The General Laborer contributes to a safe, organized, and productive work environment by following safety procedures and work standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Assists team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
• Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality and reports issues as needed.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
• Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.
