About The Position

Blank Industries, a leading ice melt manufacturer serving the New England area, is looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our growing team in Hudson, MA. We're seeking energetic, reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learn quickly, and take pride in being part of a team. This position involves physical labor, working around production equipment, and working in all weather conditions.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the shift.
Must be willing and able to perform physical manual labor daily.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Reliable, dependable, motivated, and safety conscious.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

1 year of manufacturing, packaging, production, or related experience preferred.
Forklift and/or front loader experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Work around and operate near various production machinery.
Assist line operators in meeting daily production goals.
Feed materials onto conveyor systems and into hoppers to maintain continuous production.
Replenish materials and unload components as needed.
Work with dyes and assist with liquid packaging assembly and installation.
Perform product inspections and assist with quality control procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Complete equipment pre-checks and post-checks.
Report equipment issues or malfunctions to management.
Assist with production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping operations.
Track and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
Load and unload trucks safely.
Perform other duties as assigned.
