About The Position

The General Laborer supports daily operations by performing a variety of manual tasks to assist with yard production, maintenance, and organization. This position ensures work areas are clean, materials are handled safely, and equipment is ready for use. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or the oilfield industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move materials within the yard or plant.
Assist operators and technicians with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, pressure washing, and debris removal.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as instructed (training provided).
Assist with inventory, material staging, and organization for jobs.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
Support other departments or projects as needed.
