Requirements
- Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity, and right to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50+ pounds continuously throughout the workday.
- Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Assist onsite foreman with basement digging, backfills, concrete preps, final grades, pipe placement, trench digging, loading and unloading of equipment and materials, and other tasks as assigned.
- Provide support to foreman and other Hadco employees on a project with regard to excavation, pipe fitting, concrete construction, and demolition.
- Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Maintains clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice).
- Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, lockout/tag-out procedures.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Report all unsafe activities to the immediate supervisor and Safety Manager.
