Requirements

Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity, and right to work in the US.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50+ pounds continuously throughout the workday.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist onsite foreman with basement digging, backfills, concrete preps, final grades, pipe placement, trench digging, loading and unloading of equipment and materials, and other tasks as assigned.
Provide support to foreman and other Hadco employees on a project with regard to excavation, pipe fitting, concrete construction, and demolition.
Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed.
Maintains clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice).
Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, lockout/tag-out procedures.
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to the immediate supervisor and Safety Manager.
