About The Position
The General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting our environmental and construction projects by performing hands-on physical labor, assisting with site setup, and maintaining erosion control measures. This position requires a reliable individual who can safely operate equipment, transport materials between job sites, and ensure our projects remain clean, safe, and efficient.

- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Correctly install essential erosion control and construction materials, including silt fences, straw wattles, and blankets.
- Perform routine physical labor, site clean-up, and repairs to existing site setups, particularly after weather events.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and crew members to various local job sites.
- Safely use hand/power tools and assist with or learn to operate light machinery (e.g., skid steers, tractors, hydroseeders) as needed.
- Assist with hand-seeding, sod installation, and clearing vegetation to stabilize project sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site while strictly adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
