About The Position

Hamilton by Gunnebo is looking for a General Laborer to work in our Welding department for 1st shift, with hours from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. This role involves communicating with the Production team on job progress, questions, and concerns. The General Laborer will also prep product, ensuring finishing applications are performed, and perform other related duties as assigned. Excellent attendance is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
