About The Position

Join Tyson Foods as an entry-level General Laborer in its Hides/Tannery facility in Dakota City. The role supports the processing of beef hides and pork skins while helping maintain a safe and compliant work environment. The successful candidate must be willing and able to meet the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, and be able to work any shift Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Ability to work any shift, Monday through Saturday.
• Successfully complete a urinalysis screening as part of the post-offer health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks in the Hides/Tannery facility.
• Routinely push, pull, lift, and carry loads up to 80 pounds.
• Work in extremely hot, cold, and wet environments.
• Use a knife and hook to trim hides and operate large equipment.
• Follow Tyson Foods policies and safety procedures.
