About The Position
Quad is hiring Part-Time General Laborers to join our Press and Finishing teams at our Franklin, WI plant. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the packaging process from the ground up, work with cutting-edge equipment, and build valuable skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comfortable standing for long periods and using your hands frequently
- Able to lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Can follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or with a team
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude required
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime when production demands change

Responsibilities
- Help prepare machines and materials for production
- Learn how to operate advanced packaging equipment
- Support basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks to ensure top-notch products
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Rotate through tasks like feeding machines, loading pallets, and moving materials
