About The Position

M+A Matting is seeking candidates for part-time employment. Our facility operates 24 hours a day and shifts are available in 4-hour increments. Employees can completely self-schedule and tailor their working hours around their own schedules. Part-time employees are eligible to work up to 28 hours per week. Training is provided for each open position. We are seeking team players who are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and are a self-starter. Heavy lifting is required in all departments. Basic computer skills are greatly desired.

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting
• Very proficient with computers
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer skills are greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead
