About The Position

Property Manage CT is a full-service property management, maintenance, construction, landscaping, and snow removal company serving residential and condominium communities throughout Central Connecticut. Our mission is to improve communities through service, one unit at a time. We take pride in delivering professional service and creating raving fans among our residents and property owners. We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist our maintenance and construction teams with property improvements, repairs, and general maintenance tasks. The General Laborer supports maintenance technicians and project teams by assisting with repairs, property improvements, landscaping, and general labor tasks across residential and condominium properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a team that takes pride in improving properties.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable
• Willingness to learn maintenance and construction skills
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ pounds

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Basic hand tools are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with maintenance work orders and repairs
• Assist with painting and drywall preparation
• Assist with flooring installation and demolition
• Perform general property maintenance tasks
• Help with basic carpentry and repairs
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
• Assist with landscaping and seasonal property work
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow company safety procedures
