Requirements
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of job i.e. long periods of standing, walking, bending, exposure to weather, take instruction from supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor at active construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, hoists, measuring equipment, etc.)
- Clean and prep work areas, dig trenches, erect scaffolding, remove debris
- Support welders and other crafts: break studs, fire watch, carry materials, etc.
- Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness: organize tools, tape leads, fetch gear
- Assist with daily setup, teardown, and general go-fer tasks
