About The Position

SiteWORX is looking for General Laborers to join our Growing Team! This role contributes to a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by assisting with the installation and assembly of Underground Utility Pipe for Storm, Sanitary, Water Line, and more. The position requires continuous standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, using hand tools, shoveling, digging, lifting, climbing ladders, and working on uneven surfaces. Teamwork is essential for ensuring all equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained.

Requirements

Detail Oriented – Thorough with all work tasks (installations, connections)
Teamwork Attitude – Work together respectfully with other team members.
Organized - Tools and material kept in the right place.
Self Motivated – Fast paced can do attitude.
Ethical – Always doing the right thing and telling the truth
Reliable – Great attendance, willingness to do what is needed to keep up with schedule.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Nice To Haves

General construction experience preferred but not required.
